Returns & Refunds
We hope that you love our products, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We ask that you notify us of any problems within 10 days of the receipt of your order made by pharmacros.com. We reserve the right to change or amend this policy. In some instances, certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, but please reach out to us first so we can help you resolve any questions or issues you may have.
Please contact our Customer Advocate team at Phone, info@pharmacros.com, or our e-chat feature for assistance relating to the item. A Customer Advocate will answer your questions on returns and refunds between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central European Time, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Pharmacros. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
Shipping Information
Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET, excluding holidays). Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
International Shipping
Pharmacros is shipping to all destinations worldwide except to the markets where an exclusive distribution local network is established. Markets are subject to change, and shipment to the market will be confirmed or not at the Pharmacros e-shop shipping cart.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary between carriers. Pharmacros will choose the correct carrier to ensure your shipment arrives as soon as possible based on where you are located. The shipping times after your package has been processed and shipped vary by carrier.
Tracking your Package
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing one or more tracking numbers and an indication of which shipping service was used. Use the links provided by the confirmation email to track your shipment.
